Born into a family that did not come from the agricultural world, he cut his teeth on his own: "I did what I loved", he explains to the children. He started with market gardening, thanks to training at the agricultural high school of Saint-Paul where he studied horticulture. Today, his son Matteo, also passionate, has already started working with him and intends to continue his life in this same line. Matteo presents the different vegetables while filming or taking the sound. With Fabrice, children discover the secrets of farming without pesticides. An everyday struggle that is starting to pay off: “people are starting to no longer want to eat what is processed,” says Fabrice.
