A real alternative to mass distribution, in a short circuit, at affordable prices, good for the family and the planet. The heart of the project is to take the best of supermarkets and leave behind the disadvantages.
L'Éléfàn offers a complete range of products, food and non-food selected by its members, often organic and local, and thus participates in the development of local, sustainable agriculture, respectful of the environment and in support of producers.

Today
Today, around thirty cooperative supermarkets exist in France. All inspired by the Park Slope Food Coop in Brooklyn, they invite us to rethink our distribution and consumption model, to find a balance between low prices and quality for healthy products, fair remuneration for producers but also to be a real place of exchange. and link building. Initiatives are constantly flourishing.
